Fra Fejø ApS accepts online payment with: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, Visa Electron.
Payment will first be deducted from your account, when the physical item is send, or the virtual product is established unless something else has been agreed or appears from your order.
All amounts on the homepage are including Danish VAT.
The homepage uses the following currencies for price fixing:

Fra Fejø ApS uses a safe payment server, which encrypts all information with SSL protocol which means that your data are safe and cannot be read by other foreigners.

The time of delivery for your order is 1-3 workdays.

The freight is calculated on the basis of weight.

Canceling the order
There is 14 days of full right to cancel the order of goods bought on the homepage unless something else has been agreed or appears from your order.
The 14 day period begins on the day of delivery.
You pay potential return costs.
If you want to regret the order you have to inform us about this no later than 14 days after delivery, and this should be in our hands no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right to cancel the order of goods.

The stand of the goods at returnings
You pay for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to other handling, besides the necessary work to determine the kind of the item, its characteristics and function. This means that you have to test the item in the same way as when you are buying in a real shop.
If the item is tested more than described above, it is considered used and of deteriorated value. This means that you, when regretting the purchase, will get less or nothing of the purchause amount in return. Fra Fejø ApS estimates the state of the item.
Right of complaints
We give 2 years right of complaints on products according to the Danish law Købeloven. The rigt of complaints is valid for all faults in software, materials and fabrication.
Complaints concerning faults and defects have to be send to Fra Fejø ApS in due time after the receipt of the item.
Here we consider max. two months as due time, unless something else is agreed.
We refund due freight costs.
The complaints are withdrawn at wrong or unusual operation of the product.
Fra Fejø ApS covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not sell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to other people, this information is only registered in our customer files. You can always get this information deleted.

Possibilities of complaints
When complaining you must state our e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org and the homepage on which you have bought the item.
A complaint about an item or service can be handed in at Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg.

For EU-citizens outside the EU complaints have to be send via the online complaint platform of the EU-Commission.
